Oh My Dice! is designed to be simple: choose a die, tap it, and roll.

How to use the app

  • Tap the die to roll it.
  • Swipe vertically to change the type of die.
  • Swipe horizontally to change its appearance or material.
  • When the roll ends, the result is displayed on screen.
  • Sound and haptic feedback may be used during the roll, depending on your device settings.

Troubleshooting

The die does not roll

Close and reopen the app, then try again.

If the problem continues, restart your device and make sure you are using the latest available version of Oh My Dice!.

I cannot hear any sound

Check that:

  • your device is not in silent mode;
  • the volume is turned up;
  • sound is enabled in the app, if the option is available.

I cannot feel the vibration

Haptic feedback depends on the device model and its system settings.

Check that haptic feedback is enabled in your iPhone settings.

The app closes or behaves unexpectedly

Please update Oh My Dice! from the App Store and restart the app.

When reporting a problem, include:

  • your iPhone model;
  • your iOS version;
  • the version of Oh My Dice!;
  • a short description of what happened.

Hai bisogno di aiuto con Oh My Dice!? Sei nel posto giusto.

Oh My Dice! è progettata per essere semplice: scegli un dado, toccalo e lancialo.

Come utilizzare l’app

  • Tocca il dado per lanciarlo.
  • Scorri verticalmente per cambiare il tipo di dado.
  • Scorri orizzontalmente per modificarne l’aspetto o il materiale.
  • Al termine del lancio, il risultato viene mostrato sullo schermo.
  • Durante il lancio possono essere utilizzati suoni e feedback aptico, in base alle impostazioni del dispositivo.

Risoluzione dei problemi

Il dado non viene lanciato

Chiudi e riapri l’app, quindi prova nuovamente.

Se il problema continua, riavvia il dispositivo e verifica di utilizzare l’ultima versione disponibile di Oh My Dice!.

Non sento alcun suono

Verifica che:

  • il dispositivo non sia in modalità silenziosa;
  • il volume sia sufficientemente alto;
  • il suono sia attivo nelle impostazioni dell’app, se l’opzione è disponibile.

Non sento la vibrazione

Il feedback aptico dipende dal modello del dispositivo e dalle relative impostazioni di sistema.

Verifica che il feedback aptico sia abilitato nelle impostazioni dell’iPhone.

L’app si chiude o si comporta in modo anomalo

Aggiorna Oh My Dice! tramite App Store e riavvia l’app.
